Fixed a number of issues related to DPI scaling introduced by the engine upgrade.

• Credits screen now isn't a mess above 1080p
• Line spacing doesn't increase for no reason above 1080p
• Fixed text falling off the bottom of the tutorial boxes and being clipped
• Fixed support for portrait mode, UI should now scale correctly if you launch the game in portrait mode
• Fixed some text displaying too small
• Fixed some text appearing off centre
